Because our hosts need hard counts for dinners and because we use the number of people who signed up for events to plan out drives, you can not modify what you sign up for once you fill out your reservation.
Best advice for you is to go ahead and reserve the hotel now so you get a room, then make your Freakout resevation with Fiat Club America just before reservations close 30 days prior to the event. That approach will give you the most time available to determine exactly what you will be doing at Freakout and also ensure you get a room.
When you call the Chula Vista Resort, make sure you let them know you are with the Fiat Freakout event so you get the proper pricing.
